Caboodle NodeBrain Kit 0.8.14 Change Summary

* Theme: Prepare for Announcement

     This is just another small step toward a version
     that can be announced.

* Document Changes:

  o  Manual has minor corrections and is revised to
     to drop the _Threshold scheme.

  o  Included image of Planner.

* Incompatibilities:

  o  The _Threshold scheme was moved back to the System
     Kit as SystemThreshold and SystemThresholds.  This
     was done because the scheme is used by the plans in
     the System Kit, making less abstract than when
     provided by the Caboodle Kit.
